-  We are located at San Juan City and Quezon City.

2. I placed my order, how will shipping go?

- As soon as we receive your order, a member of our team will send you a confirmation message that contains shipping or pick up details.

3. Do you deliver?

- Yes! Items are usually shipped via Lalamove car or Grab Car. Pick up is allowed as well. Shipping fee will be computed once we know your location.

4. Do you ship nationwide?

- Yes for Php 950! Our team will coordinate with you once your order has been placed.

5. What is your lead time?

- Beds are made to order so it will take 1-2 weeks.

6. How to clean my pet bed?

- The removable bedsheets and fiber filled pillow can be hand washed or through the washing machine.

7. What is the water resistant layer?

- The water resistant layer is wrapped around the foam, hidden beneath the bedsheet. If your pet is not potty trained, this will be very convenient to prevent accidents from penetrating to the foam.
